MSCBC is a family-style church that includes people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures.
Whoever you are, you will be sure to receive a warm welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
First of all, you'll find we are a friendly bunch. If you need help understanding something, please ask. We start our meeting at noon and spend about 30 minutes worshipping. Our worship time consists of modern and traditional songs. Then, we will read the Bible and pray. Everyone participates in the worship, but at 12:30 pm, the kids and youth go to their groups. We then have a talk from the Bible that is relevant and meaningful to our modern lives. After, we hang out for a few minutes of tea and coffee. We aim to encourage and inspire you by the morning, whether you are just looking into Christianity for the first time or have been a Christian for many years. We hope that everyone will draw closer to God.
We are a Christian church (under Canadian National Baptist Convention) and believe that all can have a personal relationship with God. We believe this relationship with God is possible because of Jesus (God's only son), who invites us to follow him. We have friendly relationships with other local churches.
